Urodzony i wychowany w Warszawie.
Studiuję kulturoznawstwo na Uniwersytecie Warszawskim.
Fotografuję od 2003 roku. Zaczynałem od fotografii czarno-białej w ciemni. Potem zbudowałem w domu studio i kupiłem swój pierwszy aparat z autofokusem, był to Canon 330v. Zakochałem się w kliszy fotograficznej, jej nieograniczoności środków wyrazu i nieprzewidywalności. Dla mnie na zawsze magia fotografii pozostanie dostrzegalna w pełni tylko na kliszy. Dlatego mimo zalet fotografii cyfrowej nadal chętnie sięgam po aparaty analogowe.
About Me
I was born in 1986 in Warsaw, where I currently live.
I study Science of Culture at University of Warsaw.
My first experience with photography was in 2003 when I’ve built my darkroom
and started making photos with my father’s camera. Soon, I’ve bought my
first camera Canon 300V and more darkroom equipment. After a year, I’ve got
complete darkroom equipment so I started to experiment with some old
techniques and then I discovered photo emulsion technique. It’s very unique
and creative technique that I use up to this day. In 2007 I switched to
digital photography by using Canon 30D. Also I have medium format camera
Mamiya 645 Pro with 80mm/1.9, 150mm/4 and 180mm/2.8 lenses.
